Can I order online?
Our website allows customers to place an order online via email. Once submitted one of our highly trained sales associates will confirm your order.
At that time, you can arrange payment, shipping instructions, or have your order placed for will call/pickup.
We also provide a toll-free number 1.800.266.6786 to speak directly to someone that can help you.

What form of payment can I use?
DLD accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover credit/debit cards both in-store and over the phone. If the cardholder isn’t present at the time of order we do require the cardholder to complete a form. This form is submitted by DLD to the cardholder via fax or email.
The cardholder name must be embossed on the credit card. We can’t accept temporary cards issued by your bank or other financial institutions.
We gladly accept Comchek and others that are commonly used in the trucking industry. The driver must provide the check and DLD must obtain an authorization code.
Nothing says paid in full better than US Dollars and we gladly accept those.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
DLD is required to collect sales tax in Arizona. If we ship your order out of state you will not be charged any sales tax.
If you have a business in Arizona, and you provide the proper form that exempts you from paying sales tax, DLD will gladly keep that form on file.
Can you ship my order?
DLD will ship orders via FedEx or USPS for small package shipments.
For larger orders, we use either Old Dominion or R & L Carriers. Both carriers provide excellent service and competitive rates.
We don’t ship any orders COD. We can ship freight collect using our carrier and your account number. Otherwise, all orders are shipped prepaid and shipping charges are added to your invoice.
It is imperative that your order is inspected upon delivery. If there are damaged or missing goods, be sure to document this with the delivery driver. Contact DLD at once so that we can arrange a replacement and file a claim.
What kind of warranty do you have?
All products shown on our website are warranted to be free from defect in material or workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of sale. During this period DLD will, at its discretion, repair or replace without charge any product or part thereof found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not extend to any product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or repair. Products must be returned to DLD transportation prepaid. DLD will bear the cost of return transportation if applicable.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL DLD TRUCK STRAPS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF VEHICLE, CARGO OR PROFITS.
